Jessica W. Chapman, a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, received her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in May, 2007. She was admitted to the Louisiana bar that same year. Ms. Chapman is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts and the Louisiana Middle and Western Districts of the United States District Court. Prior to joining Seale, Smith, Zuber & Barnette, Ms. Chapman was an Assistant Attorney General with the Louisiana Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General where she gained extensive litigation experience while representing the State of Louisiana and its employees. Ms. Chapman is engaged in an active litigation practice in the areas of Insurance Defense, Business Litigation, and Commercial Litigation.
